In order for a team report to be created, there needs to be at least 1 Team created in the Optional/Additional tags, and at least 5 submissions for that team.


Select the project from the home screen and when the project opens select the project information tab.




Scroll down to the optional Tags section and locate the Add Teams section. 

If it is blank then you either did not enter any Team names when you created the project or you did not click save after you edited or created your project.


If you do have Team names within the project settings but it is not available for download, you may not have enough submission to generate a Team report.  Please see our help article How do I generate a Team Report?



Please note that even if you only have 1 team, you will still need to add the team name. Turning the toggle on under "Allow multiple teams" will not turn on the Team report function. 


If the "Add Teams section" is blank and your project has no submissions you can the Team name(s) in prior to sharing the link.  


You will NOT be able to add Team names to your project if it has submissions.
