Team Reports

• You must have at least 5 respondents to create a Team report.

Leader & leader Summary Reports

• There must be at least 3 respondents per leader to generate a Leader Report or Leader Summary report.

• At least 3 Leaders are required to generate a Leader Summary Report.

Organisational Reports

• You must have at least 5 respondents for the data in the heatmap fields (ie location, age, group etc) to be populated in the Organisational Report.

An Organisational Report can still be generated with less than 5 submissions, however the heatmap will indicate that there is insufficient data.
