Why aren't there any subscales in the Team or Organisation Report, apart from for the Energy pillar?


ENERGY has very distinct areas, so there is more differentiation between the sub-scales. There are also more questions in Wraw relating to this pillar.


In the case of the other pillars, the sub-scale areas are less distinct. For example, the difference between 'Accessing Support' and 'Building Trust' under STRONG RELATIONSHIPS is less discrete than 'Sleeping'  and 'Boundaries' for ENERGY.


It can be useful to look at these sub-scales at an individual level because you might have. say, a middle sten score overall for STRONG RELATIONSHIPS, but then a high sten score in 'Accessing Support', and a low sten score in 'Building Trust'. However, when you look across a group, the scores typically start to average out.


This means that there would be a lot of mid scores for these sub-scales, which doesn't add as much value. It is therefore best to interpret the team and organisation results at the main scale level (except for ENERGY) and focus on the distribution of scores within the pillars.
