You shouldn’t attempt to download a Leader report until you are sure that all your submissions have been received. A leader needs at least 3 submissions to generate the report.
What to do
Login in to the Wraw platform and click on the Reports menu option on the left hand side, then select All Reports.
When the next screen opens it will list all of the projects created within the date filters at the top of the page.
NB - The page will only display projects which were created on a date within the date period covered by the From and To dates at the top of the page.
In the Actions column of the table click on the folder icon. 
This will open a screen with a table detailing all of the submissions for that project.
At the top of the page, locate the combined response section.
Use the drop downs to see how many submissions each leader has received. This will indicate to you if there are any submissions that have not yet been received.
If you are ready to generate a Leader report select the Leader name from the drop down list.
If you would like the pressure point answers included in the report, tick the box as shown above.
Then click the green generate report button.
The downloaded reports will then appear at the bottom right of your browser window, where you can save it to your device.
Please note if you are using a MAC, Apple Viewer will not display the reports correctly.
This is a known fault with the Apple Viewer app. We advise downloading Adobe to view the reports.
