For the quickest support we recommend that you enter your query keywords in the search field on the support (Freshdesk) home page or use the need help function on the Wraw Platform. 

Either function will return any relevant support articles from the knowledge base. 


If this doesn't answer your question then there are a number of ways in which you can contact us to get support. 


  • Create a new support ticket from the Freshdesk homepage, (also check the status of a previously submitted support ticket). Please note, that in order to submit and track support tickets you will be asked to create an account in Freshdesk – this account creation is separate from your Wraw account.
