What is report auto download?
This is a function that allows a respondee to download their Wraw report immediately after they have completed their questionnaire.
We recommend that Individual reports are NOT switched to auto download under any circumstances. This report type required a 1:1 debrief and should be shared no more that 48 hours before the 1:1 session.
What to do
Login to the platform and from the home menu select Projects>all projects.
From the table select the edit icon of the project you would like to turn the auto down on or off for.
When the Project screen opens select the project settings tab.
At the top of this tab are the Report download controls.
Use the toggle on the right to turn the report snapshot audownload on or off. The individual report download should not be switched on under any circumstances.
When you have made your changes, ensure you click the SAVE button.
