If your project has submissions you won't be able to edit any of the leader names.


If your project doesn't have any submissions you can edit the Leader names.


What to do


        In the project creation screen, open the Project information tab.


        To edit an existing project click on projects>all projects> 

        click on the project you wish to edit> then select project information



Scroll down to the Pressure Point & Leader Scale section.


Enter the settings as shown below




Next add your leader names in each field in the Manage Leaders section, ensuring you click the +icon to save your entry.  


To remove an entry click the X icon.


If a Leader report is required, or a Leader report may be required in the future, you will need to add your Leader names at the Project set up stage.  


You can't retrospectively add Leader names to a Project or any submitted responses. 


What about Leaders? How do they complete their questionnaire, who should they select?


Answer – They should select themselves.

  

Why?

They will need to select an option when completing their entry questions to be able to answer their own questionnaire. 

 

However, it is important that they skip the Leader related questions in their questionnaire.

 

To do this scroll down to the Pressure Points & Leader Scale section. 

 

In the Leader Scale section, turn the green toggle ON, as shown below to allow the leader questions to be skipped. 



This is important as Leaders should not answer the leader questions about themselves.

 

Make sure any changes on this page are 'saved' after editing.
