On occasion we have found that Respondents who try to complete their questionnaires on a work laptop and or on their work internet network are unable to submit their questionnaires. These are very rare isolated cases.
This is not a fault with the platform, its full functionality is being blocked by the increased network and internet security restrictions on the device or internet network the Respondent is using.
To avoid complications, in these circumstances we recommend that Respondents complete using their personal device and at home on their own WiFi network.
If the project is for a large organisation, the Practitioner should consider liaising with the organisations IT department to whitelist https://wraw.wrawindex.com. This will allow completions as the platform will be added to the list of "safe" websites.
The Practitioner will need to contact the IT department of the organisation to request this.
