The six digit verification code will expire after 20 minutes. If your code expires, you can re-trigger a new code using the resend code function, as shown below.
When you have entered your six digit code your questionnaire will start on the next screen.
If you have left the above page open for more than 4 hours, please follow the following steps:
1. Please close all windows you have open with the Wraw platform.
2. Click the questionnaire link that was shared with you.
3. Select login in on the right hand side of your screen.
4. Enter your login details and click login. You will be re-directed to verify.
5. A prompt will pop up advising you code expired - select resent verification code.
6. Enter your code and select verify
7. Your questionnaire will now start.
