This should ONLY happen if one of the questions has not been completed with a response.
If the respondee is confident that this is not the case, then the best advice would be to suggest that they log out of their Wraw account and then use the same questionnaire link to log back in.
If using the same device/browser when they log back in, the cookies should have saved their responses. They should try to progress through the questionnaire again and see if they can successfully complete.
If they are STILL having problem, check which Device, Operating System and Browser they are using.
