Each field on the Entry Questions page requires a selection from the drop down list - even if there is only 1 option in the drop down list.
Sometimes, Leader Name and Team Name only includes 1 option, if, no selection is made then the respondee will not be able to progress to the next page.
Therefore the respondee must ensure that the Leader or Team name is selected before they can continue.
